Each morning, after rise and shower anywhere from 4 - 6:30 a.m., I would write, drink tea and eat breakfast, read, and then walk down to the local park. From 6:30 - 8 a.m., the local seniors (who retire at age 60 since there are so many in line to work but a wonderful role model I followed) gather every day in groups for various forms of exercise. I joined them with walking and photography. Who would think that photography was exercise, but who would think that early-morning, open-air dancing (waltz and "fast") would also? But it was fun to watch, and I should have joined in! The fan dancers at top were accompanied live with cymbals and drums, and the beat resonated throughout the park.
